From Uman Studio this is the Witch-King from the Lord of the Rings and based on the art work of John Howe. This is the regular version that didn't come with the art print.

It is number 215 of only 300. The base did have some minor scratches on the back side that I touched up with some model paint (see last 2 pictures).
